The Downtown Modern is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests with its 4 bedrooms featuring 4 queen beds and 1 king bed. With 2.5 bathrooms, you can freshen up in the morning or after a day of exploring.
But that’s just the beginning of what we have to offer. Our three stunning outdoor living areas are the real showstopper. Take a dip in our pool and lounge on the deck while you soak up the sun. Or head up to the middle deck for incredible views of the city, complete with comfy lounge chairs and a large sofa for ultimate relaxation.
But the real highlight is our upper deck, where you can cook up a storm in our outdoor kitchen while enjoying breathtaking views of the cityscape. With plenty of seating options and an unbeatable atmosphere, you’ll never want to leave!

The Extras
The Downtown Modern offers a range of exceptional amenities that go beyond the standard accommodations. Each room is equipped with Sonos surround sound, and all outdoor decks feature these speakers as well. For music enthusiasts, a grand piano is also available to play. Smart TVs with complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime can be found in both the living room and every bedroom. Guests are also provided with their own unique security code for front door entry, ensuring maximum safety and privacy.
In addition to these amenities, The Downtown Modern offers a variety of optional extras to enhance your stay.
